Low Pressure and Vacuum Relief Valve

Used in vacuum equipment, when the vacuum in the system exceeds allowed value, the valve automatically opens,breathe in the air; When the negative pressure to reduce to the specified value, the valve automatically shut down, so asto ensure the safety of the equipment.
